We offer properties in the heart of the Cumberland Plateau that is near to the 80,000 acre Catoosa Wildlife Management Area.  Sampley Construction started in 1996 on the Cumberland Plateau.  We began developing land mainly in Crossville, TN, but have broadened our area by moving out to Morgan County, TN.  We have 250 acres of rolling hills, ponds, riding trails, and horse stables that are near to Clear Creek and Catoosa.  Four Mile Creek Farms is a gated community, so there is safety along with privacy.  This property is right off of highway 62 in Morgan County, TN.  It is near historic Jamestown and Rugby.  The Cumberland Plateau is one of the most beautiful places in the world.  There is much hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping in and around the area.   This area is one of the best hunting areas in the state.  Four Mile Creek Farms also has an area for RV's.  Most lots will be wooded and range from .75 acre to 2.5 acres and some will offer bluffs.
